The Polytechnic University of the Philippines has once again suspended classes for tomorrow, August 9, 2012, in its Metro Manila campuses due to bad weather which causes intermittent rains in the Metro and the surrounding provinces.
The announcement was made by Dr. Emanuel De Guzman, president of the University, through PUP's Public Affairs Office late this afternoon.
The intermittent rains still drench the Metro and maintain floods in low-lying and riverbank areas.
